I spent the weekend in POC for my bachelor party. In between heavy drinking, we managed to catch a few. The schoolie trout were in abundance all around 12"... We managed a few legals each day the biggest going 21". Only saw one redfish the entire time, it was 7", smallest I have ever caught.
Saturday we made a run into the grass island area and ran up a school of black drum. Caught 6 all around 18-19". Overall the fishing was very slow. There were multiple tourneys going on and it made the bays very crowded.
I'm willing to bet that we could have put more fish in the box if it were for my friend hornitos....
