FYI

Just got the newest BPS flyer and they have the little Tiny Lites on sale for $14.99. Ive been using these for about 3-4 years for bream and crappie. I have been really pleased with them and they are really tough. thumb

The black reels are the old style the gold are the new style. They come as a combo. The reel is a 2 bearing UL and the rod is 4'6" UL, 2-6 pound line weight, 1/32-1/4oz lure weight. Ive had the new ones on bottom about 6 months, cuaght about a gazillion pan fish with them and still havent taken the wrapper off the handle.lol

What kind of line do you have on the reels?

Picked one up today....nice little outfit. I think I'm going to put high-vis 6 lb. test on mine.

I use them all the time. Eventually the reels get gunked up with sand and stuff from river trips. I tried to just buy reels, but the reel alone costs more than the combo!

As a result, I have about 25 of the rods!
