I did real good there 2 weeks ago... I went at high noon for about 1 hour on are way heading to lunch at Cathy's and me and my partner pulled in four keeper trout off the grassy areas. We were fishing 1/2 ounce spoons.

Fishing slowed down for us so we went to eat lunch. We felt that with all the explosions in the water there was either a shark or a predator of the trout in the area.

There is bait shops all around POC. I do not have any specific names but they are available with a mile or two of that small jetty.

Keep up with the tide table and be there an hour before and an hour after high tide.

Hope this gets you in the right direction... I will be heading there this weekend so if I can get you a name and number of a couple of bait shops I will and I will give you a full report....

When people talk about the Jettie at POC they usually mean the big ones. They will say small ones when they mean it. I've fished them one time and caught 50+ sand trout there in an hour.

ya the sand trout are ridiculous on the jetties but if you want to catch real fish(specs) its all about the grassy areas.
