Ridge View Park and Valley Ridge Park they are rather close to each other, the pond in the Valley Ridge Park is across the soccer field close to one of the playgrounds according to TPWD there is some fish hopefully they have grown since and not over fished. i passed by today, didnt fish it, but it says its closed for construction. it has a pier and looks like 2 fountains in it rather small about the size of the pond at cravens park.

Has anyone fished this pond or Ridge View Park(and is it okay to fish there, i didnt see a sign not saying otherwise)?

I lost 116lbs on the crappie diet

There are some decent size LMB in both of those ponds. I caught a 5 pound female on a bed last year at Ridge View Park. You can ussually pick up several in the 2 - 4 pound range there. I was at the little pond across from the soccer fields a couple years ago and saw a guy pull one out that had to go 6 pounds. In the summer you can catch some good size bream/perch there as well.

There are quite a few ponds in that area that have been stocked. The best one is in gated neighborhood South West of Ridge View. The gate is open from around 6am to 8pm.

Oh Ridge View is posted "for residents only" but the sign is in the park and you cant see it until you are walking OUT of the park. We have been fishing there since it opened and never had a problem though.
