Mushroom Cap stuffed with chorizo, veggies, and Chihuahua cheese. Topped with a jumbo shrimp and a tequila - honey -chipotle sauce.
Served with a fresh strawberry tequini. Made with Casa Noble Crystal

2nd Course
(your choice from the following)

Pecan encrusted beef tenderloin fillet served with a tequila- honey demi glaze
OR
Fresh salmon fillet served with a tequila-strawberry butter cream sauce
Both served with risotto rice and Julienne vegetables.
Served with a margarita on the rocks. Made with Casa Noble Reposado


3rd Course
Sponge cake crème brule
Served with a white chocolate tequini
