Found a water wagon but it has TX boat numbers but the present owner did not get a title from the first owner. If I buy will I have trouble getting it fixed legal with a cert of sale from the second owner or should I just run away from it??

Remember, NEVER buy a boat without a title, it is good for a private pond only.

Or don't use a motor. If you use oars or kick fins, you can take the TX numbers off.
