Sometimes trout pellets are included in boile recipes that I've read online. Is there a U.S.-equivalent that can be purchased at Wal-Mart or a feedstore?

Big Ted,
If you have a sack of them laying around. Could you pm the brand name of the sinking pellets you buy. I used to get purina sinking catfish feed, but the two local feed stores told me it was no longer made and they were unable to find another "sinking" feed for me. I had a system for baiting catfish holes using it, that range cubes or soured grain did not work for me.
Thanks,
John

I dont have the sack lying around, but the Mummes feed store as well as the Barkleys have them. I remember at least one brand being the purina. It wasnt cheap though, like 15 for a 50# bag.
I think they are local only, so if you are around the SA area, maybe you can stop by one, but you should be able to at least get the brand name of the stuff
Hope this helps, maybe you can try thier websites at...

Barkelys is a local place, but try this..

Trout Pellets are more likely to attract catfish in the USA then anything else. But then again, a lot of what we throw out attracts tons of catfish too, like Range Cubes, so I suppose it might be worth it lol.
