PS: Short video of the fish finder we used today. It is the Lowrance Hook 3x DSI. Really like the down scan imaging! Also, using the dry box to mount the fish finder and hold the battery pack and excess power/transducer line worked well today! Video clip.

Made it back to Lavon yesterday; put in at Clear Lake Park. Started for Crappie but shifted to White Bass. Lots of fun! Sunday's Video.

I can't wait to chase the sand bass when start boiling in the summer time! I had a blast chasing them last year! Watching them try and kill a top water is the best! Those sandies are ruthless lol.

Made it to Lavon for more jug lining; two this round so we left the kayak at home and paddled the jon boat. Fun stuff! Video.

Fished from the bank but like to fish for them from the kayak on those slow days when nothing else wants to bite!

Nice fshng84 I live close to Tickey Creek and have had some fun down there with the fly rod for small white bass, yellow bass, and some small largemouth. Tons of shad up there around that ramp. Also caught them on 1/16ounce rooster tails but they tend to snag a little more often.

Went out last Saturday in the kayak with a buddy. We fished a creek at Lavon and cauggt some bass and he landed a big crappie. I did hook into a monster bass on the way back out. Here is my video.
