Just bought one with a 7 foot med rod, 10 BB reel, anyone ever tried these? Opinions welcome! BTW- $80 for the combo, good deal??
bought it for finesse presentations, plan on putting 8# or 12# pline flouro on it!

You can't go wrong with the reel. I've had mine for over a year and it is just as smooth as my shimano stradic reels that I have and it is a lot cheaper.
thanks for the response guys, i guess not many people on here have these? I try to mix quality while staying on a budget, i dont buy the high end rods and reels anymore. I usually can find what i need as far as quality on reels less than $150 and rods less than $50. sometimes i gotta cough up more if its something i think is worth the money and i really need it.
ive been buying pflueger and pinnacle the last few years. in my experience these are as good as some of the high end shimanos i have.
