I was working at my boat house this morning when a boat chasing sandies came by with a young boy in the back. A little later I heard what I would consider some of the best words to be spoken on the water----" I got one, grandpa, I got one".

That's kind of what this is all about, right?

The only thing better is, " I got one, dad!"

i know the pleasure of the ''i got one dad'' but my grandkids are still little ones but i do hope and pray for the day!!!!!....rick

I got "I got one Uncle Cory" not long ago. Meant alot considering the old man would never get to hear those words from that grandbaby.......



I've helped land a few, and I know someday I'll help my own with there first one, but it was a good thing "uncle cory" was sweating that day on his face...

i started taking my daughter fishing while still in diapers and at 14 she still loves it, even with her busy teen schedule. My nieces and nephews are 8,7,5 and 3. Lots of future plans to continue taking them fishing as well!

i love it, proud of every person who takes kids fishing, introduces them to the outdoors and sometimes starts a healthy addiction like mine!
