I would start at deep drop offs that run into flats that are protected from wind. I went last weekend and the bass I caught were feeding off the flats and moving on and off secondary points.
Morning: pop'r and buzzbait, jig or t-rig baby brushhog pitched to brush later in the day.
Mid-day: go southwest of Wolf island with a coke and a jigging spoon and catch the millions of sandies that will be there.
