I always found that a cat is cat no matter where. They still eat pretty much the same.

Shrimp, worms, liver, stink baits, shad, cut perch.

I like liver in places they raise cats. Normally smooth bottoms and not alot to get hung on.

Corn or fish pellets! Whatever it is that they eat would be the best, however, anything with smell will work.

The times I have fished farm raised catfish ponds the catfish got to where they would only feed on the processed catfish food. The food we used floated on the top of the water and the catfish would come to the top and feed. You could catch them easily by putting a hook through a piece or two of the catfish feed and casting out without a sinker. Let the hook and food pellet float on top and hold on. Some times we would chum the pond by throwing a few hand fulls of the pellets to get them in the feeding mood.

See what the farm feeds them. We used to go to the one South of Mansfield and they had a bait they sold. You would have all you could afford in about a hour.grin
