I just graduated last week from UNT with a BS in BCIS(BUSINESS COMPUTER INFO SYS) and beginning to aggressively search for my first post-grad job. Before I start going wild emailing out resumes, I thought I'd see if a fellow TFF computer geek might know of some IT jobs available at their company. I'd like to find something on the development side of things, preferably on the north side of DFW(the further North the better smile ), but more than anything else I am just looking to get my feet wet. Since thankfully I already have a job as a CAD designer, I'll be a little more selective about where I go, but I am open to any possibilities. Any help will be appreciated!! Who knows, me getting a job might even result in someone getting some referral $$$ from the company!! They pay $500 for referrals where I'm working.

Resume available on request.

Thanks,
James Davis

Thanks.. They BNSF came to UNT several times and had tours of their command center in FT WORTH. I wish I had gone because I heard that place was AWESOME.

Thanks for all the leads.. Are any others?

I've inquired at the companies listed above with the exception of the air force. They'd probably laugh my big butt out of boot camp. If not, I'd likely wind up being on the business end of a "code red" from the other enlisted men.

I hope to make it to a big jobfair this coming wednesday at the infomart.

I am IT in the Air Force. Right now they are starting to make us, not offer us, make us....get top certifications and pay for it. Security +, Network +, CISSP and others.

Also, they are hiring a lot of contractors and gov employees right now (civilian jobs. Check usajobs.com. They are also paying for the certs of the Gov employees as well to be qualified to do their job.

Just to add to the above comments...
