My stepdaughter's first buffalo. 23.5 lbs, she missed about 200 fish that night so she was sure proud of the first one. Whitney was teeming with fish and bait of all types. This is the best condition Whitney has been in for many years.

McLovin is not a carper. Don't come blaming us when this explodes.

Great to see someone enjoying the outdoors, instead of sitting infront of the television.

Congrats to her for having the fortitude of not giving up!!! I cant wait to see my son holding his first fish taken by bow.

Congrats to you Lawmann for helping your kids spend quality time in the outdoors! You will be proud when someday, she passes down to her kids what she learned from you.

Why would anyone go nuts about fish being harvested for food, as was the case with this Buffalo...right? They do taste very good by the way.

Thanks USA-1. I was worried she would get discouraged after missing so many fish on several different trips. I would guess around 600-800 missed fish at least.

Honda EU2000I generator. 4 300 watt halogens with GE Ultra 225 bulbs. 12 feet of 120V LED rope lights under the bottom of the gunwales. All the ext cords are contained inside the pipe fixtures and run under the front deck to the generator. Here are some pics.

Thanks Big Ted, our own TFF'r Catfishsalsa won it in a catfish tourney and I bought it from him. The entire interior is covered with spray on bed liner that is camo. I have no idea how Triton does it.

"Its good to see the carp guys not going nuts about bowfishing around here lately !!"

Lets not start this again. The little lady got a heck of a fish and is persistent as heck. Two things to congratulate Lawmann and family for. Don't disrespect them by instigating on his thread. I only hope my own kids have the tenacity to keep trying when they are not catching. It speaks volumes about her character and it will serve her well in years to come. The sign of a good mother and father, no matter they catch their fish!
