I drove up to buy a Denali from Brian. After picking it up and leaving my old truck with him, I headed home, called Brian and told him there was an unusual noise. He said just take it in and get it fixed and they would take care of it. By the time I got to Austin, the noise had gotten real bad.
I took it and dropped it off at the shop on Saturday, thinking that I was screwed, and would have to pay the bill out of my pocket. Four days later and a rebuilt front differential and other parts, I called Brian, faxed him a copy of the bill, and he was truly a man of his word, he overnighted a check for the full amount to the dealership.
It is rare to find someone in the used car business that will do that. It is great to actually find an honest businessman, although I should have known since he is a TFFer.
I will and do recommend Brian and Texas Motor Cars to anyone. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle I will be lookiing at Brian first.

Thats good to hear because I got screwed on my last "used car" purchase from a larger dealership and they got me good! I had to be towed back to Dallas from Abilene, they told me " sorry nothing we can do "
I will keep this in mind next time we are in the market.

Good stuff there!

Things like this are just not the norm anymore, and in fact are rather rare. That is sad reflexion on today's society.

Everyone buy a car from Brian!

Way to go Brian.

Glad to know there's still decent used car salesman out there.

That was it. Loved that truck. But after owning it for 3 years I only put 9000 miles on it and $18,000 in payments. Let's see. Darn that's $2.oo a mile to own it. I just couldn't justify owning it and needed to get my monthlys down a little,.

I went to meet Brian a week ago. I wanted to see his place and see a particular car. I was greeted at the front door with a very warm welcome and he gave me all the time in the world I needed to review a vehicle....with NO PRESSURE!!!

Brian and his family run the type of auto dealership that you will always feel good about your purchase and going back with questions.

PS. His facility and office area is incredibily clean, his staff is very respectful and professional. All his cars are super nice, quality vehicles and displayed as nice as you see on his photos.

IMPRESSIVE WAS MY EXPERIENCE!!!
