I just want to thank Eddie Kendrick from Humminbird for the great Customer Service.

I emailed Eddie about them not answering my email about a problem with my unit and that it was now out of warranty. He told me to send the unit to him personally, and he would have the unit looked at. They received the unit on Monday, and on Tuesday he said that they replaced the screen and would be lake testing it. He also said that they would probably send me a new transducer.

When I got in this morning I had an email from him that said that he had their Senior Engineer try and dial the unit in, but the unit would not calibrate to the shallow water algorithim.

They are sending me a new unit and new transducer at no cost.
