I have a 14' jon boat w/ a 10 hp motor. Would I be able to use this in South Padre for fishing in the flats? I've never been there, so any input would be appreciated.

Watch the weater if the winds turn the bay can be ruthless especially near the QE Causeway.

Not me! Be careful. Been in some tight spots there when the winds came in and changed directions quick. There are some guys on here that can handle that in a 14'er, but not me. JM2C
