Can you still catch trout in the Brazos below Possum Kingdom Dam? Any idea what they are biting on this time of year.

If they are still there they are getting mighty scarce. Water is warming up fast and stripers are afoot.

golfer, they are still there. Try real early when the temps are at their lowest. Also move up river. Temps are cooler closer to the dam, and they have moved up that way. Haven't really tried for a couple weeks, but last year we caught them in June!!!

I've caught them in the big pool above the 16 bridge in July fishing for white and black bass. Caught a few "nice" ones up 15" before. Not very often, but every now and then.
