An', three months ago, I couldn't even spell carp! grin

Most of my gear came in from David yesterday. I'm still waiting for two rods, a reel, and I believe that's it. I'm in Frisco today and headed shortly to Bass Pro on Hwy. 121 to tie flies for four hours and get my reels loaded. I'm planning on using Berkley Big Game 15#.

Once I get all of this together, I'll be trying them out on the Brazos in Waco.

Ted,

I will; I plan to start off in downtown Waco and later fish down toward Marlin.

Good luck!

Loc: TX, of course.
That section of river always looks great for carp. If it has any depth, you're in for a treat.

Keep up informed, you may have company down there.

Congrats on the new gear, take some cool shots of it with the city in the background.
