On the bright side, you got a rebate check. Many of us did not.

Im venting so don't pay any attention.

Bought gas in Longview for 3.46 this morning. Going into Marshall 2 hours later it's 3.71. That's one pissed off gripe.

I'm going to town because my clothes washer broke. Right at the beginning of the spin cycle. I have a load of wet soapy clothes.
That's the Why me? rant.

Whinny gripe is the hot water hose is corroded to the plastic pipe on the cheap [censored] trailer trash faucet. So I got a brand new washer and only wash in cold water.

There goes my the rest of my rebate check. First couple hundred went for some extra groceries and gas.

Was saving the rest to go to the clinic to get diabetes and high blood pressure meds renewed. 3 prescriptions cost a whopping $12 at Walmart on the $4 list. But, the damn clinic has to have office visit fee $75, take blood pressure $20, blood glucose test (take it almost every day and keep detailed record) $45, and, unless I can talk them out of it, a blood test, $165. That comes to $305, about what I paid for the washer. That makes my meds cost average of $113.50 a month.

OK, gonna stop now before I drive my blood pressure up any more.

PS. No I don't have health insurance.

Grandpa....look on the bright side. You were never, to my knowledge, married to Sheryl Owens. That should cheer you up substantially.

And who the heck is sheryl owens? Google dont have anything.

If she was married to Pilotsparrow, she's probably in some intensive therapy that will take years.
