Has anyone been to fayette recently? I am headed out there tomorrow and was wondering how they were biting out there.

Thanks.

Was there last Wednesday, had a blast. Drop Shot and Texas riggin with various colors and assortments of plastics worked great near the inlet banks.

I was out there mid-April. The only grass I could find was not hydrilla, it was alot tougher than hydrilla and not as thick

We fished Fayette on Friday morning. Focused on the grass around Hog Point in 5-7 feet of water. They were jumping all around us but weren't biting on topwaters. Boated about 6 in 2-3lb range with Rattletraps. No luck with C-Rigs. The bite really slowed down around 10AM. It looked like no one around us was catching much either. Anyone else out there on Friday?
