Made it out with my buddy Paul this evening and gave a few humps a tray without any luck and like the day before at about 7pm the sand bass started schooling off a point on the north end of the lake by the dam.
The fihsing was geat and we were joined by Mike, P220, Triton 170, and a slew of other boats all which were very cordail except for the maurading toon that would motor through the schools.
Paul was in need of fish for his freezer so we kept 30 and called it a day at 8:45.
All of my fish came to a silver Potlicker and Paul was using a RJR Turtle. Fish were located in 15-20 feet of water and wile htey were surfacing they were not hitting top water lures and were taking the slabs on the bottom. I got 1/2 or so doubles and on a buck-tail jig.

Folks try and make it out to the tournament the fishing will be good and I am hoping to see some impressive stringers.
