Well...if you were not out there you did not miss anything. Fish scattered and not biting - surface activity lasted a whopping 15 seconds.

Did get to talk to Launcher 400, Mike Acosta and Miguel out there. I think Anton buzzed by on the way headed south. Amazing what a difference a day makes...trying again Saturday p.m.

Good to see ya Fuzzy, and good to meet Miguel. I found one small batch of biting fish around 4:30pm in 5 ft of water, and caught about 10 on swimbaits and a small shallow-running shad-colored crank. Otherwise, Fuzzy summed it up perfectly.

Yeh, I was out there too. No luck for us either. After trying a few spots, I decided to go up the clear fork a bit thinking I might find some hybrids that a friend had told me he was catching about a week ago. But, none found. Didn’t even get any abandoned lures from the trees, as someone had already cleaned em' out. It was a pretty day though. It'll probably be good today. Such as Benbrook I guess, but I'll try again. Might try to make Joe Pool later today, we’ll see.

Benbrook was ok this morning--picked up a few sandbass along the shorelines early then around humps later on. Caught 1 small hybrid before I got called in to work--loaded up the boat got home--work called and problem cleared itself frown so much for fishing today. Looked like the bite was just about to turn on when I left--started seeing people catch hybrids and sandbass.
