i think mine has the Bullet logo cut out in it. should be in next week.

NO, i'm not raising the sale price for my boat, still at 13,500.

Steve, I don't care what boat brand name it has on it - not many folks are gonna be looking there anyway. I've just been looking for a way to mount a foot rest and I think I just found it.

Ok - it can't say Triton...

The "point" is the right pedal is the throttle and the left pedal is a foot rest. When you are running in a very fast boat it helps stabilize your position so you can concentrate on driving. Many fast sports car have a "dead pedal" that serves the same purpose. If you have ever owned or ridden in a very fast boat, you would recognize the benefits of the left foot rest.

Yep, the one on the right is a "hot foot" type throttle. You disconnect the throttle linkage from your control box and connect it to your foot feed. Really makes it more comfortable and controlable. They have become very common on a lot of boats these days. It is not a hard install and is relatively inexpensive. Really makes a difference, especially if you are making long runs.

Not just for "fast" boats - seen the consoles in new Rangers? They have a foot rest, others may too - I just haven't seen them. My boat is nowhere "fast" but I'd like a ergonomic place to position my left foot when running.

My 2001 Ranger has a foot rest as part of the console. Boat consoles have had this feature for years now. And yes, they are nice to have at high speeds and in rough water.

Okay, got the pricing and information.

single plate with hot foot mount----100.00
dual plate with mount-----125.00
name cut (any name)---add 50.00
foot rest added to plate----add 70.00

with the name cut outs, you can get a colored piece of ?? and put under the plate and really set off the colors!!

i have one for my boat coming in, and one that will be for sale.

Lou told me they will fit the Ranger and Bass Cat, and BULLET. not sure about the others, anyone wanting one, can stop by the shop and we'll see how it fits your boat.
I will let you know when they come in.

p.s. THEY LOOK COOL, AND ARE A GREAT SAFETY FEATURE!!

i'm sure i can get Lou to make a plate with dual foot rests for the passenger console. what do you guys think?
