Made it out with my wife and 3 year-old and we caught fish for 3 hours straight. I would imagine well over 100.

Fish were caught on 3/4 ounce white Potlickers and Beasts with a weightless 1/0 hook white Mister Twister curly tail grub above it.

We only picked up 3 keepers there but caught about 50 fish. The wife got tired and we hit a few more places. The fish were 10 feet thick there.

I hope you join us on Saturday Hamster.

Well I meant to say the schools were 10 feet thick. Pretty wild to see how they were pushing up shad. I had only seen that once before at Lewisville.

Saturday is my wife's birthday, you would think after 35 years I would not forget that. I am talking to her about it, but she is fishing a crappie turnament with me on the 17th. Maybe i can talk her in to it.

Today must have been a good day to be out. We had fish covering the graph from 15' down to 30'. We had 3 limits of sandies by 9am. Probably caught that many or more the rest of the day on Hubbard.

Hey Mando---We're hitting Pool tomorrow evening. I hope to put the kids on them---they can be small but plentiful is better.

I have comemcement to morrow, but go to Fireman's in 20-25 feet of water.

Went out with Greg for about 2 hours and CAR about 50, then we found some schooling action with some good fish.

On Beast's and Kopyto's

Made it out with my buddy Paul this evening and gave a few humps a tray without any luck and like the day before at about 7pm the sand bass started schooling off a point on the north end of the lake by the dam.

The fihsing was geat and we were joined by Mike, P220, Triton 170, and a slew of other boats all which were very cordail except for the maurading toon that would motor through the schools.

Paul was in need of fish for his freezer so we kept 30 and called it a day at 8:45.

All of my fish came to a silver Potlicker and Paul was using a RJR Turtle. Fish were located in 15-20 feet of water and wile htey were surfacing they were not hitting top water lures and were taking the slabs on the bottom. I got 1/2 or so doubles and on a buck-tail jig.

Folks try and make it out to the tournament the fishing will be good and I am hoping to see some impressive stringers.

We have the following donations:

Beast Slabs

Ugly Stick Ultra Light rod and reel

An small assortment of Kopyto Plastics

Potlicker Slabs and Jig heads

Some of B&B Lure Company's Mice Tail Hummers

I was out there too, in the sprint on the fringe of the area. We had checked out some of our spots but not many sandies. A nice surprise though, on one point where I usually get sandies I caught a 2, a 3 and 6 or 7 smaller bass. They sure pull hard on light action with 6lb test.

Anyway we saw the boats and motored over and got plenty for a fry.

I knew it was XYZ when I heard him say. "One of my students asked me why I gave him an F and I told him it was because I couldn't give him a G." that's funny right there, I don't care whjo you are.
