I don't remember anyone on this forum ever having caught a buffalo from a pond in the D/FW area. Has it been done?

Cool. Is Cottonreel connected by a creek to a lake that has buffalo?

I would venture to guess that there are a lot of ponds that have buffs. The deciding factor is probably whether or not overflow from a river or creek can access the body of water.

Yeah, lots of buffalo in Cottonreel.

Basically, if it's connected too a river or stream with buffs, or, it's in the floodplain of a river or stream with buffs...it's probably got buffs in it lol.
