The rules read the cover must have been purchased at least three years prior to the qualifying event. ? Does this mean that until my motor cover is 3 years old it does not qualify for this program? What am I missing here?

so does the original guy still own tuff skinz? how quickly is he getting them out?

I would hate to send in my money and not get one like a lot of people did a couple of years ago, I would be

just another way for them to make a quick buck. costs money to be in thier "program"....

Everyone, He has covers in stock. As far as 3 years all that is if you purchased on in the last 3 years.....He started this promo late this year, it will be back next year as well. These covers are great for the motors, if your a person that turns boats every year this will protect your investment.
