Stopped by a little pond in south Euless today that I had never fished and caught a nice 5# bass. I took a picture with cell phone but not smart enough to post.
I will go back.

what did you catch it on?

Caught it on a Salty Super Fluke Bait Fish with a weighted hook. Caught two smaller ones at a different location earler this week on same thing.

Is that pond by hwy 10 and wilshire?

This pond is west of Wilshire and south of Hwy 10

I stopped by wilshire and fished for about an hour after work today. I had one nice reaction strike but she missed. I was fishing a ribbit frog and throwing a couple feet off the bank. I did manage to catch one pound-pound and a halfer using a Mr twister salatube. I have really been trying to learn to fish plastics better so I only took two poles rigged with plastics, no tackle bag. I am hopeing that if I only have two choices I will force myself to learn.

I was fishing the pond at wilshire park. North of hwy 10.

I hit the pond at Wilshire park in south Euless after work today, I fished about an hour. I ended up landed three little bass all where around 12-14" and bucks. I "hooked" one more but failed to land it. It was better than the rest, I did get a chance to see it and it looked to be about to be a two pounder. There where a bunch of bass fry swimming around the grass.
