just wanted to say hello to everyone first because this is the the first time posting on this forum but I have been a reader for some time now.

Does any one here have any tips on ways to wade fish the surf during June and July when the sea grass is everywhere? Me and my dad try to keep strictly to fishing artificial, and we just got rid of our old boat so we are gonna be land locked at least for a little while so any other tips would be very helpful.

If the surf is flat and green, fish between the weed. Last June/July the trout were thick in the surf! Just look for the bait and use a run 'n' gun method.
