Mine is most likely done for. So I'm looking for a used outboard for a Cajun 178. I'm not sure what it's rated for, but it's got a Johnson 115 on it now.

What is wrong with you current engine?? I know you've had issues with it.

one of my lower pistons is fried. and the cylinder wall has a few scratches in it. Honing it might work, but I think I might just rather get away from it all together. I'll probably just part my old one out.

Thats what I'm thinking of doing with mine. I lost a piston ring and now I've got a 19' boat and will be way under powered with a 115. There are a couple of 115's of craigslist but may be too old. Cant tell year model.

I'm keeping an eye on craigslist too... hopefully something will come along.
