problem fixed for $135 and 1 hr of time at Cabelas ....they did something, i have no idea what the heck they did and neither did they but it went right into gear and backed right off trailer and he drove it around for awhile...thanks guys for talking me into taking it in

Cabelas entire diagnostic procedure consisted of backing off the trailer and driving it around awhile?

they checked compression, spark plugs, fuel, bulb, changed oil in the prop... and i think thats it..and then backed it off trailer and drove it around and it never bogged once for him...im starting to think its me... but my wife saw it and she wasnt happy cause i just spent the $$$

back in shop....they are trying to do a warranty claim on it...they said its gonna be a fuel problem...like its not getting enough fuel

on my way to Cabelas to run boat and pick it up....it was a warranty job so no $$$$ involved

back in shop....they are trying to do a warranty claim on it...they said its gonna be a fuel problem...like its not getting enough fuel What did they charge you for the 1st time? If the charges didn't fix it & weren't for normal maintenance then they need to issue you a refund.

it ran fine when i picked it up...we will see tomorrow on the real lake in conditions i couldnt check....the carbs were all jacked up and bolts were loose...they said it should have never made it out of the factory like that or should have never been given to me from them like that

You would of thought they would have caught that when they performed the pre-delivery inspection and the running test before they delivered it to the customer. We lake test every new boat we deliver.But I understand the big corperate boat dealers mentallity I was employed by one of the biggest in the country for 7 years.That's why I went back to a family own dealership that still cares more about the customer than the monthly budget and the bottom dollar......OPTI
