My Canon was left out in the rain on the bow of the boat. I let it dry for a week or so. Put batteries into it and it worked for a while and now it does not display anything but what looks like quick flashing interference. Any ideas or suggestions?

Moisture catches up with most electronics. If you can't get it fixed try the Pentax Optio on your next one. Waterproof and takes nice shots.
