what is your favorite texas offshore fish and why?

I would have to say mines wahoo, they taste great and make some smoking runs. However I am yet to catch one I set the hook on one while trolling and then handed it off thinking in was another mahi.

Love Snapper....good tasting and when you get in a mess of them it's a blast. Really, they are all equally as fun to catch. I like triple-tails as well.

I like to catch a ling and the taste but prefer to eat snapper.
