The next "Bass Pro Shop - Grapevine Tournament Series" event will be held on Sunday May 11th at Lake Grapevine. We will be launching out of the "Dove Loop" ramp. Registration will open at 4:30am and the tournament will kick-off at 6:30am. Weigh-in will open at 3:00pm and close at 3:30pm. This is third tournament of the ten event series.

Entry: $50 Per Boat + $10 BIG BASS Option

I'm looking forward to this weekend. Just a quick note to all anglers that compete on the BPS Grapevine Series. If you enter the "1st Annual Britteny Lindt Memorial Bass Tournament" on May 31st you will receive automatic priority entry and registration into the BPS Grapevine Series Two-Day Championship September 27th and 28th! Plus....all anglers that have competed in one or more of the Grapevine Series tournaments that join us at the "Britteny Lindt Memorial" will qualify for a special "bonus" payout that will be for Grapevine Series anglers only!

Well I'm looking forward to it. This will be the 1st of the Grapevine BPS sieries tournaments I have fished. I just want to clairify some things. So I have to fish 5 out of the last 8 tournaments to get into the 2 day in september? And it's $50 per boat +$10 for big bass, so is it 60 per team or 70 per team with both big bass fees? My other question is are the only two awards given for big stringer and big bass?

Allow me to clarify for you. If you fish the "Britteny Lindt Memorial Tournament" on May 31st at Lake Lewisville, you will automatically qualify to compete in the two-day championship. Otherwise you must compete in a minimum of (5) of the one-day Grapevine tournaments to qualify. The entry is $50 per boat and $10 per boat for BIG BASS. So if you want big bass it will be $60 total. Payback is 90%. We have been paying 1st through 5th place plus big bass.

youve probably never been asked this b4 but...the only way im gonna get to fish this tournament is if the wife goes and if the wife comes so do the kids they are 6 and 2 and they dont know how to fish...well the wife isnt too bad ....is it ok if we make a family outting of it??? either way im fishing grapevine tomorrow

I'm just another guy fishing the tourny but I don't have a problem with that.....seriously though, I don't think you're wife is going to want to go fishing on mother's day. Kinda like the time Homer bought Marge a bowling ball as a gift (and the name "Homer" was enscribed on it). I would be afraid to even MENTION IT to her, let alone actually go. Good luck on that!!!
