I just got a new MG Tour 82 with the built in transducer. I have an Eagle 480 that I want to connect with the TM. With my unit now, the transducer and powercables are in one hook up (6 pin i believe) to the back of the 480 unit. When I buy the extra connecter to connect from the new TM to the 480 will it also have power with it? In other words, will I have to run a power wire from the back of the boat to the bow for power along with connecting the transducer from the TM or will the connection from the TM take care of both applications. If I have confused anyone I apologize as I have been confused myself trying to figure this out. Thanks in advance.
