I have heard they weren't good to eat. My father told me that they had something wrong with them and could make you sick...I wonder who he heard that from. Anybody else know?

lol nope . that stringer weighed about 25 lbs or more and was darn near full .. plus i dont know how to rotate a picture . so it was him or half a stringer

kelkay .. i also heard cow tongue was nt good to eat but its mighty fine wrapped in a corn tortilla with a little hot sauce
