Does the motor turn. Could be the gear. There are plastic parts that turn the gear and are designed to break if the window encounters resistance (i.e a neck). I got a replacement part from a Fords Only junk yard in GP. It was a ll metal. I had to drill a hole in the inner door panel to get at one of the nuts on the motor. I always just took the motor out someone told me that they always took the whole fram assembly out. Check on the Ford forum.

I think it's been going out for a while now. It runs slow and somtimes it just quits altoghter. It hasen't worked for a month now. Used to be able to give it a love tap and it would work but now its dead. Maybe too many love taps

The window motor has been replaced. I really think the problem was the regulator though. I put the new motor in and it worked at first and them it quit. I figured out that the wiring harness for the regulator was loose. I bent the red wire contact a little and tapped it up with electrical tape so that the wiring harness was secure. I also lubed all the channels with water proof grease. At least it rolls up faster now. Thanks for your tips!
