oh yeah!!!!!!

have yall ever tried the golf chourses if not you should if there are alot of ponds there and you don't know which one to choose from i would choose the one with turtles and snakes and if there is a foutain all the better watch out for the snakes though. they are out there.
they are a good way to stay close to home and to finde some easy to catch good sise bass. you could try to walk th edog with a hot dog and get a bite.

Just fyi, most golf course ponds are private property. You need to get permission from the course prior to fishing them.

But I agree, usually pretty good bass'n on golf courses!!

Theres a golf course in the middle of Weatherford and they sold the course. A pond sits in the middle. I think the land was sold for commercial use. Not sure what they are going to do with the fish. Hope they relocate them and just not fill that pond up with dirt.. What would you guys do??

A buddy of mine used to live in an apartment on Chase Oaks golf course in Plano near Legacy and 75. The course is closed on Mondays and they would allow us to fish the ponds there. There are some nice bass in there.

Indian Creek & Brookhaven have some nice fish in them got tired of fishing them due to all the running from clubhouse employees. For some reason they think they can catch people with a golf cart that goes 10mph at best.

never really played golf but have fished on golf courses all over and caught bass up to 9 lbs on a few

just check and see with the club what day - usually monday - they are off and some will let you fish during the last 2 hours of light and not mess with you

I have had some of the best pond fishing at chase oaks..we used to hurl terminators way across the pond and it would seem like you would get a strike every cast. A little grassy but definately worth it

I live on a golf course here in Crandall.....let's just say if you know which 2 to fish you are in heaven. Nothing like having Lake Fork bass in your back yard.

all my fishing comes from a golf course. it has everything in it. carp as long as your leg and longer. bass to 10+lbs. bucket blue gills/ and 3-15 lb catfish....... they predict the nexed record LMB will come from a golf course.
