Marked several fish at 10 to 12 ft, but they were not active. Took several up shallow off points south of the dock. Saw several sight fishermen but didn't see em catch any.
Water avg was about 61 with the north banks being a little warmerat 63. Difficult day for plastics because of steady 25mph wind.
