WHAT ALL IS WRONG WITH THE BOAT BESIDES WINDSHIELD ON CONSOLE?

It's just been fished hard out of and has a little spidering and scratches. It just needs a little carpet on the floor, keel shield and elbow grease and maybe a tuneup. After that, it's a solid runner and needs a new home with a little love.

WHAT IS THE BOTTOM DOLLAR FOR THE BOAT? DOES IT HAVE A ROD ORGANIZER IN THE ROD BOX,AND DOES ALL GAUGES AND LIGHTS WORK?
