Went to Lake Fairfield with a friend at work today to see if we can catch some redfish. Fished with fresh shrimp in 14-16' of water. Caught 11 and lost 4 in about an hour and a half ...kept 6

We got lost on the way home and ended up on Cedar Creek 17 Crappies ...most were caught on docks.

That's nice. Wish I could be back in Texas and fish every now and then.

Tim, we guide over on Fairfield during the winter for the reds and I can't tell the difference. God may strike me dead but I think I'd rather eat fresh blackened redfish than crappie. I got the best recipe on the planet!!!!
