I have several items that need to go. I am trying to raise money to save my house.

I have a post " several items for sale". I also have oil for sale. I have Exxon transmission fluid. I have Mobile 1 engine oil. This stuff needs to go. Still have my 86 Roadmaster boat trailer. Single axle. Holds a 15 foot bass boat. Need $300 firm. Can pm pics if you want to see it. It is currently in Mabank. I have a white full size truck tool box. I have a few props for smaller boats. Chain saws, tent, two non-running display Mercs, seats, seat bases and floor bases, Teleflex steeing system complete, single cable. 3 plastic fuel cells.

I am sorry to hear about your home. If you have any more diesel oil, I know my Dad and I would be interested. Just let one of us know. I could also use some 10W-30 oil for my wife's car.

Ron, I am going to call your dad either tomorrow or Monday. He has been buying all my oil. I have 2 gallons of Mobile 1 10w-30. I can do $30 for both. I can get them to your dad when I see him. Just let me know.

I'm sorry to hear about your home and the possible foreclosure. I know that you were saving the 5w30 Mobil1 for me, but if you can find a closer buyer, don't worry about it. I'm interested in it, of course, if you can't find a buyer, but DFW might be too far off the map. Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

FYI

YOu can call your mortage company and negotiate payment options.

They will usually let you miss one or two and put it on the back of the note.

Worst thing you can do when in or going into a foreclosure is to stop or not talk with whom owns your note.

Usually it's a bank, and they are in the business of money and not houses, so they don't want a house back in foreclosure unless it has a lot of equity in it.

I am sure they are over ran with foreclosed houses at the moment.

bassaholic, when you contact your lender, ask about extending the term of your loan along with adding the missed payments & fees to the end of the loan. PM me if you want elaboration on this.

That is the problem with my mortgage company. I dont speak Indian and they dont speak English. Everytime I call them I get India. I tell them I need to speak to someone who speaks english and the call gets dropped. I have only had one notice of this. I have two forclosure dates. I am supposed to refinance in October or my loan goes to a variable rate. This is my first house and it is now 2 years old. The amount owed sounds illogically high. So do I contact the bank or the mortgage company to try and resolve this??

Also, I have a friend in the mortgage business. He is a good guy. Are you interested in contacting him? I can guarantee you will not get someone in a foreign country.
