Found a pond this afternoon near the house. Caught 4 crappie, one bream and a small LMB. All on road runners.

coppell, duck pond park. some bass, lots of bullheads, and at least one 8 pound blue cat.

I fished the Andy Brown Park today. I fished the pond that is furthest to the East. Ended up catching 5 crappie and a bass. I used an orange 1/4 oz Beetle Spin. Has anyone fished any of the ponds in that park? I saw some guys pull up a good sized catfish. They were catching quite a few.

Ya i fish there from time to time, and iv caught some decent bass in that creek channel, and some on the south edge of the middle pond. But on the pond behind the center i saw a huge fish jump,i didn't get a good look at it, mabe it was a big bass.

You mean the pond closest to the aquatic center? The smaller one? I guess these ponds have fish in them from when it floods?

What about that river/canal that runs north of the park? Anyone fish there? I saw a guy fishing it last night, but I dont know if he caught anything.

Ya i said i have fished it, and caught some bass, nothing over a pound and a half though.
