Anybody fished Cottonwood lately?
Water high? Muddy?
I plan to crappie fish there Thursday next week from my canoe.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
Doug

Don't know about the clarity, but it is certainly high--they all are up there.

Unless you live North of them, then they are all DOWN there.

Thanks guys. Got the fever bad. Can't wait for the wind to slow down and the fishin to pick up.

Get out there! Fishin' has been good, if not great. A little wind isn't a bad thing--keeps the big boats at home!

Good info, guys. May reconsider plans to fish Cottonwood this Thursday, especially due to the forecast storms Tues thru Thurs.
I may try Denton Creek above Grapevine instead. Any thoughts?

Maybe Sunday, TK. I have been going through Clear Lake withdrawals.

Clear Lake is not clear at the moment but it is overflowing. Catfishing seems to be very good right now but i have not had a bite fishing for bass the last two times I've been. I guess I'm not holding my mouth right.

Well, it may be time to put your helicopter baits away, Wayne.
