Where is the best place to go fishing for red snapper that's near Rockport (i mean guide services and such)?

It's not worth hiring a private charter just to catch 2 Snapper per person, so I would go over the Port A and jump on a party boat out of Deep Sea Headquarters. Another good party boat would be the Adventurer out of Crab Man Marina between Aransas Pass and Port A.
Snapper season in Federal Water doesn't begin until June 1 and ends August 5th. 2 Red Snapper per person in Federal waters.
Best party boat fishing out of Port A are the Dolphin Docks. Phone # is 1-800-EYE-FISH. They will be fishing in state waters for the most part...4 snapper per day. They'll also load up on vermillion snapper.
