Fried chicken!! get some chicken tenders soak them in a mixture of buttermilk and chicken bouillon granules about a tablespoon for a pint of milk. add whatever spices you want at this point i like oregano, salt and pepper. let it soak for a hour or so take a big tupperware dish with a lid and put some flour in it i like to ad additional spices to the flour at this point add tenders to the dish and shake until coated if you like it extra crispy dip again and coat again with flour. put it in your fry daddy and cook until golden brown.
