It's a big bass but that bass looks huge in that pic - gosh almighty!
Fishing above Grand Isle, my wife caught a 28lb red fish on a Zebco 808 in the early 80's.

Is this true? The story goes she caught it off a dock at Lake Fork, on a Zebco 33 no less!!!

If that would have been me catching a SL off a dock, I would have thrown it back and not said a word or taken a picture, even made dayum sure my neighbors didn't see me do it, too - plumb embarrassing to own thousands of dollars worth of high tech gear and a boat and then have friends know I caught it off a dock...I'd never live that down. Nope, I wouldn't even have posted it, either.... j/k
