This year we will hold the tournament at the same time and location as the Big Bass Bonanza(BBB) and have made arrangements to have no gate entry fee for contestants who pay an entry fee for this charity tournament(BBB) which also supports the youth of the community. We will have some nice door prizes whether you catch a keeper fish or not.

Safety Rules:
All kids under the age of 13 must wear a USCG approved Type I,II,III, or V personal
flotation device(PFD) at all times while in boat. All boats must have all the required safety devices. While
outboard or inboard motor is running the boat driver must have on PFD and must have kill switch attached.

Fishing rules:
This will be a big fish tournament. We will be having weigh-in every hour. Fishing methods will be casting only. The only species allowed for weigh-in will be Bass, Crappie, and White Bass.
The
length requirements will be;

Bass= anything 14” or less and 21” or longer
Crappie= 10” minimum length
White Bass= 10” minimum length

my son wants to fish this tournament but i do not have a boat so if there is anyone out there that would be willing to take us out i will pay for gas, lunch, ect. or if you will be fishing the big bass bonanza i would be willing to pay your entry fee. please let me know if anyone is interested

Kids fish for free and adults in the Big Bass Bonanza pays $40 entry fee per person.
Free entry into the park for all who fish the BBB

what time does this start, end, etc.

ends at 3pm
registration starts at 5:30am and you can fish beginning at 7am. There will be some kids to sign up late but that will be ok as long as it is before 10am.
No more than 1 fish weihed per hour by the kids and come to weigh-in the last 15 minutes of each hour.
bass Anything below 14" or over 21"
crappie Minimum 10inch
sandies Minimum 10inch
