The problem I got is the attitude of Mikki who is the sale manager there. She seems to be careless if she is making her customer happy or not. She make me think her company don't need anymore customer. She may be allerged with my name or kind of upset on somethingelse. She is saying if I am not happy then don't order thru http://www.championtrailers.com anymore and went ahead cancel my order. I have other places to order the same part but not sure why they, http://www.championtrailers.com, open for business for?
Don't know what to do but posting this on the web for other boater's opinion and be aware. The lady name is Mikki/ sale manager there.
