It is the 4th Annual Brother Blue Team Bass Tournament at Joe Pool Lake on April 19th. 1st Place is $1000.00, 2nd $500 3rd- $300, 4th- $200 and 5th- $100. There are multiple other prizes to be given away and other prizes to choose from. Almost every team walks away with something. Last year we had 37 Teams. The entry fee is $100.00 per team and a $5 optional big bass pot. Begin fishing at 6:30 AM and you can launch anywhere on the lake as long as I have your money and entry form. You can e-mail me at dporter@gptx.org and I will attach your forms. We will be set up between ramps 2 and 3 at Lynn Creek Park on Friday evening and Sat morning. Thanks Dennis

I don't know if anyone would need a partner for this, but I would pay the entry fee, as well as gas... Newer to Texas... not so new to fishing. Just looking to get out and fish..

Also there will be free entry into either of the parks, Lynn or Loyd but not the marina. Just tell them you are with the tournament.

So since you can enter early and launch anywhere does this mean that nobody will be doing livewell checks??

That is correct, however anyone is subject to a polygraph at weigh in , we have a professional for this.

Just as a quick note we will be set up in Lynn Creek Park after 5PM on Friday and gates will open at 5 AM on Sat. We are between the two boat ramps in Lynn Creek.
